Westbound customers: If you're exiting at Mineola, you must ride in one of the last 8 cars of your westbound train. Eastbound customers: To exit at Mineola, you must be one of the first 8 cars of your eastbound train.
Due to construction the Mineola ticket office has been moved to a temporary trailer just west of the station building, near the north elevator to the garage. TVMs are located behind the construction trailer. There are also TVMs on the south platform in a temporary shelter.
